“Do not book the managers try to not honor Expedia pricing and then over charge your card without giving a receipt. They give you a 10 day parking pass that you paid more for and when you get back from your trip in the middle of the night the pass ends up not working”

“Outstanding front of house service. Pool was clean and great for the kids. Room was clean and spacious and well maintained. Highly recommend if a nights stay is needed near the airport.”

She went above and beyond to help us kick off our vacation. We would definitely stay at Hawthorne again. The facility was very clean, super comfortable bed, great customer service! “Excellent place to stay for price under $100...I had the 1 bedroom suite, Excellent privacy for 3-4 people. 2 rooms. Older hotel but very clean.”

“The room was clean & spacious. The shower takes a very long time to get warm/hot. We showered with lukewarm water our first night because we didn’t know if it would ever heat up. By the 2nd day we learned it takes about 20 minutes running the water for it to warm up. The A/C would cool the room and then turn off for a long period of time causing us to get hot and adjust it throughout the night but never really remaining on to keep us comfortable.
