“I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer.”

“The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!”

We came from the waterpark and wanted to shower with new towels but instead I waited in line just to be told I need to go get the towels and bring them to get new ones since housekeeping had left for the day and on the way to the room we passed the laundry room with plenty of towels cleaned and folded not to mention our room being on the opposite side of the building than the room wasn’t the cleanest. “The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”
