“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would”

“I went from paying cash to reserving the room through a third party, and then cash again, I'm still waiting on all my deposit reimbursement. It took over 5 days and a few phone calls to resolve this. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend a stay here, it's quiet an clean”

“This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

“I wish I could attach a picture of our toilet but I’m not given that option. We had an oval toilet with a round toilet seat lid on it. In other words, the toilet seat was about 3 inches too short for the toilet bowl. So if you were a woman and wanted to sit on the toilet without sitting on the rim of the toilet, you had to straddle it! Needless to say I squatted as if I was using a gas station bathroom!
