“The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to...
