“The room was great, bed was a little soft for me. I would've given 5 stars if the bed was firmer but that's just preference thing. The thing that I appreciated the most is that I forgot my wallet in the room and I got a call within 10mins of leaving the premises to let me know that. I wasn't to far from the hotel so I was able to get back there and pick it up. Nothing speaks louder to me than honest staff. Thank you Cielo House for a great experience!!! ”

“Shockingly staff only gave me one set of keys to one room when I had booked 2 rooms. I’ve never had that happened to me before. Once we got into the room I liked how clean it was. I liked how it came with a mini fridge. I think all rooms should automatically come with a fridge and we shouldn’t have to pay extra. I liked how quiet the hotel was. Maybe it was because we were staying on a Sunday evening compare to a Friday or Saturday. I would definitely stay at this location again ”
