“Exceptional location in Avila Beach with easy access to Alapay tasting room, Peloton tasting room and Avila Wine and Roasting tastings. The property itself is very hospitable with a common room set up to accommodate morning croissants and coffee, afternoon chips and salsa, a wine-centered happy hour in the late afternoon and pie and/or cookies at 8pm. It is much more geared towards older adults and we very much appreciated that maturity, quiet, and slower-paced energy.”

My husband is disabled and we almost missed a very important appointment because of the rude front desk. The general manager used ChatGPT to send a response to my complaint, taking zero accountability for her operation. The whole experience was a nightmare, start to finish.”

“Everything was fabulous except the weather for the two days we were there. No pool usage cause the sun wasn’t out. Cameron the day we left. Bummer cause the pool is part the reason we stay every summer. Not their fault but our stay wasn’t as great as each summer prior.”
