“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

Be prepared, though, the walls and ceiling seem SUPER thin so you can hear everything - meaning when my upstairs neighbors got up at 7am on Sunday...so did I. But in contrast, Thursday night was super quiet. ”
