“The property and people were wonderful- it just would have been nice to have someone to help plan our activities. There is no ‘official’ concierge to help give direction or advice. The front desk just hands you a stock sheet of paper with a few restaurants and a couple of sights to see. It would have been nice to be able to have something more tailored for us. There is so much to do in the area and the valets were of more help when we asked them what are the must-do things in the area. ”

“The bedroom was clean and fully stocked. Parking was fine, did not have any issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth, which made everything stress-free from the start. The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was great throughout our stay — friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop upstairs was definitely a highlight, such a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.”

“Apart from paying for my stay, I had to pay for parking. The room I got was for handicap and after requesting a different room I was told I’d receive notification of availability which I never received. The pool wasn’t available due to it being reserved but it was never mention online when reservations were made. Bit disappointed.”

“Every staff member was very nice and professional!! They made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and coffee was delicious!! Thank you for the non diary coffee creamers!! Food attendant was excellent!! She kept everything stocked and fresh!”

“Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. ”

“The hotel was great. There was road noise from the location but it wasn't too bad and the room and inside of hotel was clean and roomy. Parking was an issue on Friday night. The staff did his best to help.”

“The property is worn out, dirty, and is poorly kept ( other than the main area). My room smelled like a combination of sweat and marijuana. The whole place needs paint and carpet. They are grossly understaffed. With that said, the staff was WONDERFUL! They were friendly and worked so hard, trying to keep everyone happy. ”

“Very clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Shuttle to and from the airport. Bar area in lobby, along with games and outdoor seating to relax in the evening before bed. Pool area was clean and a great way to cool off in the heat. Lots of good restaurants close and a close walk to the University.”
