“Property was pretty good. But the staff was right outside my door talking until almost 11pm. Other than that, I have no complaint ”

“The room was very clean. We did find that the TV remote in room 310 batteries are almost dead and need replacing. There was a light out in the bathroom and the shower pull plunger on the bathtub came out when we started the shower one time. We were able to get it back in but it should be fastened correctly. ”

“Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Only problem was parking, small parking lot so when we got back late had to park in a dirt parking area nearby. No shuttle either. ”

“We stayed here after trying to stay at another hotel that was in an unsafe area. We felt very safe here. They had valet service also. The people at every area were friendly. ”

“The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was hot. They upgraded us to a city view room and the staff is extremely friendly! The pool is heated but not really, so, it was cold. They also only have valet parking which is another $30. The location is also good for downtown. ”

“We were very happy with everything except the sofa in the room, which was significantly broken down in the middle, so broken down that when sitting on it, it caused you to lean to the center. ”

“Wonderful people. And the newly renovated room was almost awkwardly big, clean & nice.. well done. I checked in late (after 10pm) & had been driving from Santa Monica (via Albuquerque) to Nashville & they were awesome. Skylar let me have a late checkout & Deon was a pleasure in the morning. They’re a class-act operation. ”

“The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. The shuttle service from the airport was nice and the shuttle driver Mr. Robert was amazing. The hot water in our room didn’t work the first night we were there and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. They also ran out of cookies which is...
