“This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the historic charm. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not top notch to me, was the valet service. It was slow at times, however the valet staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good, facilities are nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Little Rock.”

“I’ve stayed here a few other times & the beds are usually comfortable but this time it definitely wasn’t. Also the toilet was very low & the showerhead needs to be a rain type shower not just one small shower head.”

“We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel ”

“The room was clean. It had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. The wifi could have been a lot better. If you're needing to do a remote job or assignment then I suggest you look elsewhere. The air conditioner worked really well. Especially after a long evening at the zoo with my granddaughter. I had a non-smoking room however, you could smell weed as if it was right in front of you. The bathroom was a little small for a big person so if you don't...
