“It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”

“The room was amazing! Very high end. The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would bring me ice up to the room. This never happened. Would be great if there were microwaves and mini fridges but other than that, would highly recommend.”

“Some cosmetic updates but average at best. Large groups of people hanging out in parking lot and lobby. Arrived for 2nd night to discover keys had been deactivated. It served the purpose but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”

Not the cleanest facility. 30 minutes before checking in Staff called and left voicemail stating that my reservation is canceled due to a pipe burst. Tried calling back several of times.
