“The manager was amazingly courteous, empathic and helpful! Lakisha is her name, I believe. She helped me rectify the incorrect booking created *with a live Expedia rep named Alaa* and got us squared away. She said Expedia gets a booking very wrong at least once every couple of months. I hope that Expedia experience doesn’t happen to you, and if it does with this hotel, I hope Lakisha is there to fix it! ”

“Sono stato 5 notti. Le prime 2 camera comunicante (con porte chiuse) con un maleducato che teneva acceso la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Mi sono lamentato ma non è cambiato nulla. Mi hanno dato un’altra stanza e molto rumorosa sulla strada. Ultime 2 notti stanza 220 al secondo piano, molto bene. Staff molto gentile. Fanno omelette fresche, non comune negli USA. ”

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...
