“There were gnats in the room. When I spoke to the front desk when checking out, they didn’t apologize. Also, I packed two sample perfumes and put in the bathroom. When I used one of them, when I got back to my room that day, it was gone. I notified the front desk at checkout and he would talk to the manager about it.
