Hotel vicino a Bayou Theater - Houston

“The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.”

“It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Opus was great. The only thing that was annoying were the doors to the rooms were not soft closing so heard alot of banging shut. We had an awesome balcony that overlooked the harbor. It was a rainy day but nice to be able to sit out there.”

“We were placed in an accessible room that had a connecting door and the neighbors were really loud. We did not book an accessible room, but we were placed in one anyway.”

“Alex at the front desk was very kind when I checked in. My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast on the morning as well. I'll be staying here again.”

“La Habitación Nos la entregaron Sin haber hecho el aseo, Con basura y Sin toallas, Nosotros tuvimos que limpiarla con ayuda de mi esposa y 2 hijas…Hotel viejo, y no incluye desayuno! Y es un Hilton, 3 noches anteriores nos quedamos en un Embassy by Hilton en Houston y ese si de 10/10…….este de la NASA 1/10 media estrella debe ser”

“The hotel had a musty smell. One of the beds was tilting so like sleeping on a hill. Pool was dirty - my daughter cleared out some debris and frogs before using it.”

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“Unfortunately I can’t tell you about cleaning because they were working on changing the carpet which is fine for us, but we were surprised that the TV is not working and the AC is so annoying because of the noise we couldn’t sleep well.”
