“The motel is located within easy walking distance of Armidale centre and seems a very safe location. Room was large and old fashioned, bed very comfortable however room was not cleaned, milk was alrready open and both wireless internet and tv didnt work.”

“Location a bit away from the main shops and cafes. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed, including a pod coffee machine. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the bathroom, otherwise everything was great. Be sure to check your charges when you check out, I had some charges put on my credit card, which were not mine and were later refunded.”

“Absolutely love the renovations! Management are a beautiful team and we have loved every stay there but the newly renovated rooms are so well thought out we were amazed at the layout and quality. Team are always accommodating for our family. We will be back next time we are in town. ”

Better than some large hotel chains that I have stayed. They also appear to have EV charging that I didn't realise until I had charged elsewhere and saw the bays when parking. ”

“When booking through Expedia you are given an option , pay now or pay at hotel ! I selected the pay at hotel option. However before I checked in I was charged . I explained that this should not happen as I wanted to use another form of payment . If given an option of pay at hotel you should be charged at Che k in not 4 hours before you check in . “Bathroom had issues - toilet button broken, shower head unstable, soap and shampoo dispenser broken. Main bedroom comfortable. Good car parking space.”
