“Unfortunately access for a person in a wheelchair is difficult as parking is only at the back of the building then you need to go down a bricked pathway which has a slight incline.”

“Location a bit away from the main shops and cafes. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed, including a pod coffee machine. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the bathroom, otherwise everything was great. Be sure to check your charges when you check out, I had some charges put on my credit card, which were not mine and were later refunded.”

“The motel is located within easy walking distance of Armidale centre and seems a very safe location. Room was large and old fashioned, bed very comfortable however room was not cleaned, milk was alrready open and both wireless internet and tv didnt work.”

“Excellently presented and clean. No rubbish anywhere. Loved this for a stopping and was surprised by the nice room. Definitely keeping this in mind for the future. Better than some large hotel chains that I have stayed. They also appear to have EV charging that I didn't realise until I had charged elsewhere and saw the bays when parking. ”

“Absolutely love the renovations! Management are a beautiful team and we have loved every stay there but the newly renovated rooms are so well thought out we were amazed at the layout and quality. Team are always accommodating for our family. We will be back next time we are in town. ”

“When booking through Expedia you are given an option , pay now or pay at hotel ! I selected the pay at hotel option. However before I checked in I was charged . I explained that this should not happen as I wanted to use another form of payment . If given an option of pay at hotel you should be charged at Che k in not 4 hours before you check in . Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded on my card ! Gentlemen at reception was understanding but explained that’s there policy . Well don’t...
