“Great place to stay. Have been there several times.”

“Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude. ”

“2 night stay, room was clean. Bed was “made” after first night, no coffee left for 2nd night. Empty coffee wrapper was left on dresser. I would stay again, just noting the minor flaws”

“Possibly the best hotel that we have stayed at. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Everything was top notch. After talking to others, found out this is the only hotel that they will stay at when travelling through this area.”

“The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out.”

“There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub/shower had mold in the grout/caulk. The doorframe in the bathroom was rusted and water leaked everywhere. The showerhead didn't work properly so we have to adjust multiple times to get the correct water pressure to get clean. The room lacked lighting in the extended area where the couch was and the thermostat for the AC didn't work. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't go back. ”

“Thin walls and don’t let others sleep especially when you get late checkout to sleep in and the staff cleaning, ain’t their fault it’s poor structure, thin as walls”

“Our room faced the highway so we needed earplugs to sleep, the room was hot when we arrived but the ac kept up well once kicked on. TP was see through but plentiful.”

“The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!”

“Second stay at this location... the hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Food choices are good for breakfast, and the location is hopping with places to go, dine, and shop. Beds are also comfy!”

“The property is nice looking and the room was nice. There is a strong smoke smell in the hallways. The bathtub drains slow and was dirty. We asked that our roomed be cleaned and we left for the day. The housekeeper gave us clean towels and made our bed. The tub was still dirty and the floor had not been cleaned which let us know that she do not clean the room. Just replaced the towels and made the bed. Other than that, no issues. I would recommend this place, just stay vigilant with them on...
