“Loved staying here! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the pool but I loved the breakfast more! Great breakfast options. The mall is right across the street and there are lots of stores and restaurants in the area (very near). Convenient location.”

“Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least.”

“Security doors were not functional, the carpet on the 1st and third floors were worn dirty and stained. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor.' The hallways appear to have no ac in them.”

“The hotel was under a much needed renovation. First room had no running water for a shower. Moved late in evening. Refrigerator didn’t work. Peeling wall paper. Dingy overall appearance. Wouldn’t let us cancel reservation. DO NOT go there.”

“It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business.”

“I was lucky to travel with disposable sheets because one of the beds had some noticeable stains on them. The website said there was complimentary breakfast, but all it really was was a bagel bar. Based on the site, I thought there would be a microwave in the room, but there wasn't. The shower pressure was not the best.”

“When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again”

“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give the staff full stars is because of housekeeping. For some reason every day they would come in while I was gone and do nothing but take the towels I had been using even if they were hung up for...

“I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.”

“Tub was peeling and needs to be replaced. Saw 3 roaches. Tv isn’t user friendly.”

“It was so dirty, flys everywhere dog food under the beds. Smashed roaches stuck to the wall. I didn’t even stay the night . I left a few hours later to sleep in my car. Wasted $69.”

“Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe.”

“I don't know what the problem was but I had to leave early because I could not receive mail or packages never received anything in writing or on the site also I have a recently issued gov't I'd with a picture and everyone kept that I was crazy that it is not me and several other women implied that they are me that I stoled my id also I look exactly like the picture”

“My son loved the pool. Having laundry on site is helpful. Some minor maintenance & cleaning issues but overall better than others we tried.”
