“Absolutely nothing. Had to change rooms 3 times. Screen door broken, air conditioning blowing out hot air, dirty furniture, windows didn’t open, shower head broken was squirting water everywhere! Meanwhile only to end up canceling my reservation. Property manager was unreachable the entire time. Staff were not helpful. Whole building also smelt like weed. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia...
