Cracked stairs on the upper level, chipped paint in many of the rooms, etc. However, it did not affect our experience overall. The kitchen and “extras” (beach chairs, golf clubs, laundry supplies, beach and bath towels) were all VERY well stocked. “This condo at Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar was the perfect location for our family! It is steps from the beach and pool which made for relaxing days at both. Restaurants and shops at the plaza were an easy walk through a nice beach side path! Palmas del Mar is a nice location with Luquillo and El Yunque just about a 40 minute drive away and the beautiful beach of the southern part of the island also just 40 minutes away. “The Ocean view is amazing. Main room is a little tight. The 2 rooms are in a trailer added to the kitchen and bathroom. There's no living room because the terrace is the Best living room ever! This place highly recomended if you love the Ocean sounds and view and want to relax. . ”

“Very clean and centrally located in Coamo. Close to town center. Perfect stay for visiting Coamo and surrounding areas. The open area and surrounding balcony offers wonderful views while having coffee and pan from local bakery San Jose. Went every day for Cafe con leche and pan. All rooms had A/C which was much needed for this visiting gringo. Will definitely book again next trip.”
