Hotel vicino a Arroyo Golf Club - Las Vegas

“Lots of issues for what’s supposed to be a really nice hotel that I was excited for. Bathroom was not cleaned properly (fingerprints on frosted glass door and pubic hair around the toilet floor). We upgraded to a corner room and the AC did not work properly. It’s a large room with one small AC vent that blows towards the window rather than the rest of the room. We asked for a microwave at one point because we brought food back to the room and we were told they didn’t have any because it was a...

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed us an early check-in after an all night flight which was greatly appreciated. This was our third time staying here and so far, we have been very impressed with the total picture.”

“Hotel abbastanza nuovo con un comodo parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. Un po' lontano dalla strip. Molto pulito e con stanze spaziose e letti comodi. Personale gentile. Da migliorare la colazione, poca scelta e anche un caffè in più te lo fanno pagare. ”

“La struttura è carina ed accogliente, la posizione non è un granché, in linea d’aria è vicinissima al centro di Las Vegas ma a piedi sono necessari una quarantina di minuti e bisogna passare sopra la strada di collegamento e fare un giro lungo (almeno quando siamo andati noi.. ma c’erano anche dei lavori a complicare il tutto).. quindi l’auto è (quasi) necessaria ”

“We had a dog with us, so we were put in a pet-designated room. Understandable. However, the previous guests had dogs that peed all over the carpet and it smelled pretty bad. The carpet should be professionally cleaned before anyone else stays there. The lobby had zero air conditioning at 107 degrees outside. It was uncomfortable to say the least and I felt horrible for the staff who had to work there. The only good thing was the coffee that was provided was actually quite good.”
