“Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”

“Derek and Rene went out of their way to make our party comfortable. Derek set up the area around the outdoor fire pit, which was no easy task, as there were no cushions on the benches etc. We were in town for a funeral and Derek made our day so much nicer. He went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Great job!!”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Ongoing construction, however the completed rooms are very comfy and clean. Elevator is a little sketchy and needs some work. Area around property could use a little cleaning up. No breakfast because they are remodeling. Ice machines on floors 1&2 need fixed. Overall the stay was just fine. Little details that could be improved or fixed is all. ”
