“I was surprised that our room was not cleaned. I was told that the front desk clerk should’ve told me but she failed to do so.”

“The hotel and grounds and pool area beautiful, the room was great, and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast were served about 200 ft away at a Mom & Pop restuarant called Mikey's, the food was tasty and the owners were very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to the Hotel Manager Michael B, him and his staff were excellent. We look forward to coming back to this place again soon.”

“Solita garanzia, super come sempre il fatto di poter utilizzare l'ingresso gratuito alla palestra che dista 500 metri (palestra enorme accessoriata con piscina vasca idromassaggio e sauna). Unico neo la colazione non è gratuita”

“I have stayed at this location many times over the last 5 years & have always had a pleasant stay. For some reason this time was anything but. There was some odd thing going on with the people at the front desk. Anything but hospitable. I mainly had difficulty with one dark haired rigid, automaton with a fixed smile who seemed to want to punish me for not booking on the best western site. Then I got assigned to a room near the ice machine, noisy, but the worst was that there was NO HOT WATER...

“The staff was nice but apart from that the room felt like a dorm room in need of a remodel. The bathroom needed a deep clean and I found broken glass on the floor in the bead room. The bathroom door looked like it had bee kicked open more than once and would stick after the shower was used. ”

“When we checked in, the shower rod in our bathroom was already broken. A maintenance worker came and fixed it, but later that night it broke again and crashed down with a very loud noise. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would not be available until 9:30 AM. They also said there were no spare rooms available where we could shower and get ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating...

“Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”
