“The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. Initial experience was bad, and even given the opportunity make it good,...

“Solita garanzia, super come sempre il fatto di poter utilizzare l'ingresso gratuito alla palestra che dista 500 metri (palestra enorme accessoriata con piscina vasca idromassaggio e sauna). Unico neo la colazione non è gratuita”

“Comfortable room, remodelled property. Nice, mature landscaping and grounds. Breakfast was great too.”

“Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...

“The staff was really nice and the check in was super fast. The room was decent but could have been cleaner. At the end I had to be realistic— you get what you pay for. All good.”

“The hotel has been raising it’s prices steadily yet the property has had bo updates un more than 15 years. It’s filthy, barely any water pressure out of the old wobbly shower heads. Stuff is unfriendly and the mattress is worse than camping.”
