“Excellent service and beyond excellent breakfast”

“Although my room was paid for months in advance. I paid for a King bed room and arrived at 6pm to check in. Yet, I was told upon arrival that the only two rooms available was a 2 queen bed room or an accessible room without a tub. This was not compensated or adjusted to the prize I had already paid for. ”

“The Fairfield staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast included a good variety, the food was hot, fresh, and well-kept. The coffee was good and refilled often. Our room was on the first floor and was quiet. We recommend this hotel.”

“Solita garanzia, super come sempre il fatto di poter utilizzare l'ingresso gratuito alla palestra che dista 500 metri (palestra enorme accessoriata con piscina vasca idromassaggio e sauna). Unico neo la colazione non è gratuita”

“Hotel con tanti servizi, buona spa. Stanza con ogni confort: molto utile macchina x caffè e bollitore. Purtroppo grande lacuna nel ristorante. Cibo appena sufficiente e personale incompetente. ”

“Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”

“Parking was okay and they have the cheapest rooms. That's about it. People yelling all day. People upstairs stomping around. Guests trying to kill each other. Cops got called but nothing happened. The angry people just kept at it. The room smelled of ashes because they don't clean the vents and the fans on the AC. You could literally see them covered in cigarette ash. The room would've been nice tho. The fridge gets very cold. But yeah you wake up suffocating from the cigarette smell.”

“There was no hot water, the phone wasn't working, needed to call the lobby. No funtional ice machine.”
