“The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. “Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”

“Solita garanzia, super come sempre il fatto di poter utilizzare l'ingresso gratuito alla palestra che dista 500 metri (palestra enorme accessoriata con piscina vasca idromassaggio e sauna). Unico neo la colazione non è gratuita”

“Good: Checked in at 10 pm. Staffer was quick and efficient. Bedding acceptable Bad: Kitchen was completely empty of everything except 2 Ice trays and trashcan. No cups, glasses or other items. Logging in to the "Free" wifi required purchasing a plan. Free breakfast was non-existent, only coffee and 2 fruit bars in a basket. One of the two Carafes was empty. No shower amenities provided. No hair dryer. Will not return.”

“Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...

My one and only complaint were the inconsistencies of the building and room keys. I had three and I would be standing there trying to get into my building and my apartment without any luck.”
