The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend. ”

“Very comfy stay overall. In the tower the whole building made random squeaking noises which were annoying but over all very nice hotel. ”

“The hotel is excellent if you’re staying downtown because there’s easy access for walking to multiple places, including restaurants, the courthouse and other activities in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the dining and bar are really good. It is also a great place to have an event or wedding.There is valet on property at about $54 per night or $20 for the day but there’s street parking across the street as well. I parked at the street parking every day except for Sunday...
