“The property is well maintained and is a lovely place to stay at, however, when I booked it, I thought it was more like a a Bed and Breakfast, but it turned out more like an Airbnb because the day we checked in, there was no staff at the property and the second day as well, we did not see any staff. It is a quit and well situated property and the best part is that it has convenient parking on property.”

“We enjoyed our two night stay at the Residence Inn in downtown Houston. The location is very convenient for taking the train to NRG Stadium or the bus to the airport. Check-in was quick and easy and they had free cookies to celebrate the 4th of July. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated and there are some carpet stains in the elevator/hall areas, but that wasn't a big deal to us. “I really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard. The staff was friendly, there were complimentary snacks and water when we arrived. We rented a car for our stay so the parking cost each night was brutal, but the valet staff was also very friendly and efficient at their job.”

“Parking is tight. Place is one of those in and out type places, not really a place to be comfortable when you lay your head. Bugs, cigarette burns in the bedding, sunk in bed, old appliances, questionable people in the parking lot... pay a little extra and go somewhere nicer. The staff was nice but I won't be back.”
