I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. “Property was booked and then cancelled within 4 hours of check in. Management company refused to take responsibility and blamed the 3rd party (Livly) they use. I was left in a very stressful and unfortunate situation due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, the woman I spoke to at the property management company stated she would call me back with other options, but never called. It’s really frustrating when you book a property in advance, are told you are confirmed and will receive...

“The room ambience was warm and inviting. I enjoyed stained glass windows in the Floral Suite. Being a solo traveler, I wish there had been a more secure lock on the door. I would recommend to others.”

“My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hotel is nice and and close to downtown. The front staff was very nice when arrived and our room was nice and cold a little to cold. Only problem we came across was having no extra tp in the restroom😬. Great hotel i would definitely stay again.”

“The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge”
