“The one true plus was the hot breakfast from the Lucky Duck. It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me. The boy working ice machine was on the first floor and there was no elevator. ”

“Our stay here was comfortable and uneventful. Our family always looks for a hotel with an indoor pool so we chose this site. Our trip was to Carlsbad Cavern but we stayed in Artesia. The room at this hotel was very spacious. Cleanliness was on par with other hotels. Breakfast was usual. The gym had two treadmills that were not functioning. I informed the staff who did not seem aware of it. That would be the only nick on our stay lol.”

“You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival. When checking for bed bugs I could see what I’m hoping was food stains all over the mattress cover and there were very small dead bugs in the shower, some kind of Beatles or other small nuisance bugs, none appeared to...

“La camera era pulita e curata nei particolari, letto comodissimo!!! Adiacente alla camera c'è un grazioso giardino. I proprietari si sono dimostrati professionali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze . ( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“My brother and I were very happy with the room. there was amply room for a wheelchair accessible room. My only complaint would be that when asked if there is a pet fee we be told that there is one. Upon calling to confirm that pets were allowed and was there a fee I was not told about the fee!”

“Compared to the brand-name hotels further down the road, this inn is basic and might seem questionable as you turn into the dirt lot and see the trailers. HOWEVER, the lovely couple who runs this place is so friendly and helpful. Our room was small but fit a queen sized bed, a desk, a wardrobe, refrigerator, microwave, and the sink.
