“It is good for the money that we spend. Breakfast is average (but you can't expect better than this for the money you pay). There are 1 or 2 flies in the room which was uncomfortable for us. ”

“It was not clean but we were tired so the bed was ok. It was ok. Not great but ok. The lady at the front was nice. ”

“Even though it was very close to a busy highway, I didnt feel that it was loud. The front clerk was very friendly and willing to help. The pool was clean and welcoming after riding motorcycle in 106 degree heat. The room are what you pay for but they were clean, didn't smell bad and had been remodeled (painted, flooring, etc)The other guest varied from travellers to construction workers and it was quiet all night. It is nothing fancy but we would stay there again.”

“We booked this home to stay in Artesia while we visited with family. The house is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The area is located in the middle of an orchard and the mornings and evenings are very relaxing and peaceful sitting in the screened in porch. Very satisfied with everything available at this home. Will book again on our next trip to Artesia!”
