Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. “Check in was fine, front desk person was nice. The room on the other hand was not good. The mattress protector was full of stains, the room hasnt bust disted in who knows how long, the paint job was half a**, and the tub has not been scrubbed in awhile along with the shower curtain being replaced. Morning coffee also tasted like ramen. Glad we brought our own blankets and pillows. Do not recommend this place. ”
