The home has two living areas with large gas fireplaces with plenty of space for a group of friends or families travelling together. There is also a fantastic deck overlooking the Shotover River to enjoy an apres-ski drink whilst watching the jet boats go past.

Nestled in Arthur’s Point (just 10 minutes from central Queenstown and Coronet Peak access road), Riverview Retreat is a stunning alpine villa perched above the Shotover River, offering both privacy and easy access to local attractions.

Relax in the outdoor spa, enjoy an evening BBQ on the deck, or cosy up inside with gas fireplaces, Sky TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for both winter and summer escapes, this villa sits steps from walking and biking trails, great restaurants, and ski access. Nearby gems include the Onsen Hot Pools, craft breweries, a boutique gin tasting room, and more.

Guests will have access to whole property, including the spa pool, garden, outdoor BBQ and main house. Please note that the annex and internal garage are not included.

All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalent to the cost of one night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
