Hotel vicino a Arts Center - Carriage House - Newark

“Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

“Has roaches/seen 1 mice in bedroom/bathtub was left dirty no one cleaned it out/trash was left in trash bin for days/dishes left in sink... cleanest place the living room... dont recommend place for no one look else where”

“Tastefully decorated, charming, and impeccably maintained. If you had told me that this hotel just opened, I would believe it - there are no signs of wear and tear, and the place is spotlessness. There was a little bit of noise from traffic outside, but it is hard to imagine any place in north Jersey where this wouldn't be the case. All in all, I'd have to say that this place is a gem.”

“Hotel pulito, tranquillo, in un ottima posizione e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, ”

“They have charged me 2 times, and Im still waiting to receive my money.”

“I had an amazing time. The facility was clean. Most of the staff was very willing to help only one person which was the tall African-American lady with a head wrap, she would not try to help me, but the rest of the staff did and everyone was so kind the amenities I loved the room was spacious and clean so overall I get this place in eight out of 10 two points removed because of that lady”

“Wonderful hotel and very clean I recommend to everyone to stay and relax”

“The friendliest staff ever: great customer care!”

“Hotel assolutamente silenzioso nonostante il fatto che sia praticamente al centro dell’aeroporto, non si sente nessun rumore attraverso i vetri e i muri. Complimenti per l’insonorizzazione.”

“The staff was the most professional I have met in years of travel. Awesome”
