“Such a strange place. It is trying so hard to be amazing but falls short in many ways. A few examples: The staff enter the rooms almost every time you exit them. Even if just for a quick breakfast. This ruins any feeling of privacy. The place is located very close to the end of the runway at Johannesburg airport. This means that there is so much noice from planes landing and taking off! Within the walls it is like an oasis, but the surroundings are industrial and ugly. ”

“the power went out around 20:00,generator was only start about 40 min later,only giving power to the lights in the room,no power to the plug or or the fridge,we could not charge our phones or laptops,then generator was shut down,and only started up again At 06:00...all our cool drinks was hot..no this is terible”

“I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie. When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working. They went down to call the service desk to assist, and after an hour he managed to get youtube to work,...
