“Something “went wrong” couldn’t say what and they didn’t have a room for us. Called us around 4pm the day we were to check in and told us we didn’t have a room. ”

“What hot tub?? Breakfast wasn't that good - no eggs, potatoes, or sausage, oranges were the only fruit, apple flavor was the only juice. Furnishings in room were terrible, bed very uncomfortable which made loud creaking noises at slightest movement. Toilet plumbing was in bad shape, slippery bathtub bottom - had to be very careful to avoid falling, wood panels on floor were coming up and had to be careful walking, very few towels/wash cloths, coffee not provided after breakfast hours, no hair...

“Firstly when I looked online I thought the area was decent but when we got there it was mostly drug addicts. The cops got called a few rooms down from us scaring my wife. The whole hotel was falling apart inside and out and it had an odor. The customer service was terrible as well, the ladies at the desk had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to them or ask for something. Even the WiFi was an hassle, they wouldnt let us connect more than one device unless we paid extra and even when we paid...

“Very nice looking and comfortable bed Loud hallways and heard so much noise and bathroom door nice looking but still has openings for privacy ”

“Breakfast was just ok. Probably should have been better for the weekend crowd. I travel quite a bit and that would have been a Wednesday or Thursday Breakfast. Parking was fine.”
