“Great hotel”

“First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning. I’d like to be comped...

“Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price. Problem is the management; not employees and not the place”

“Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was also very clean, the employee taking care of the breakfast area was on top of everything.”

“The hotel is old, tired and dated. Our first room smelled like urine. The front desk moved us to a suite which was nice but had a funky smell. The carpet in both rooms were filthy and had large bleached out stains. The free breakfast Buffett was typical and coffee was good. Staff were pleasant and no problems with the room change. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities. I’d give the hotel 3.5 stars out of 5.”

“The front desk ladies were very nice. Bed was comfortable. This is a very inexpensive hotel. Cons - Knobs were missing from the air conditioner so it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Room smells very strong of cigarette smoke.”
