“My wife and I have just spent 3 nights at Malmaison Newcastle whilst visiting relatives in Newcastle. I can honestly say we had a wonderful visit the staff at the hotel were fantastic including Teresa & Aimee in the dining room and Claire on reception. “Great stay! Had 2 rooms for our party and both rooms were extremely clean and comfy, with lovely toiletries, kettle, teas & coffees etc. Very comfy beds. The reception area is lovely and modern too. Every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great. “The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. “Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”
