“Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern! I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another. Breakfast and lunch available at a cost. Parking - free- on street outside. 5 min walk to the two Marine Parks and the beach. 20 min walk to South Shields metro. 25 to the ferry. ”
