“L'hôtel non vale certamente i soldi pagati. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. The hotel offered a gym and a pool as amenities for guests. The rooms were spacious and inviting for a restful...

“Everything was good, I just dislike the fact that you pay a lot of money for a room and still have to pay for parking. Breakfast line was long and slow and skipped on it. Other than that room was clean and convenient”

“Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. TV was not a smart one and we were unable to screencast our phones so had to watch shows on our phones. Looking forward to sleeping in to be woken by very loud, repetitive noises beginning at...

“The room smelled like mold. I was only able to stay for 3 hrs and left I checked in late and had to be to church the next morning so didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching a room. The manager went and smelled the room and did smell the mold/old carpet smell that I mentioned. But was unable to give me any refund because I booked through Expedia. I was given a very small portion for the next hotel booking which is incomparable to the amount paid and only 3hrs in the room due to health...
