So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice....

“One major error that many motels make is to group all customers in adjoining rooms when sound-proofing is bad. Unfortunately the guy next door had a lot of phone calls to make when I was trying to relax and get some sleep. The kettle needs to be replaced.”

“Clean & quiet place. Good temperature control in the room & comfy beds. Very good breakfast of pork sausage patties, fluffy scrambled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and the other usual things. We’d stay here again. ”

“Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!”
