“There was no drinking water in the room and had to ask for the blankets which were not present in the room. Major concern... the motel room service telephone is not working. Hence, whenever you have any concerns, have to leave your room and go to the office to share anything with the staff.”

“One major error that many motels make is to group all customers in adjoining rooms when sound-proofing is bad. Unfortunately the guy next door had a lot of phone calls to make when I was trying to relax and get some sleep. The kettle needs to be replaced.”

“The hotel is updating and renovating which is great, but you do see and hear the construction. We had a room that was dated as the pet friendly rooms have not been renovated yet. Unfortunately it also had ants.....I think it's an issue at this time of the year. Unfortunately because of the long weekend they were not able to get anyone onsite quickly.
