“It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). But, when I brought this up with the lady up front she was very apologetic and moved us into...

“Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sheets and bedding had stains on them and the bathroom walls were dirt. Two of the windows when you open them would fall right out ”

“Parking was easy and abundant. Continental breakfast was sufficient. The rooms were very clean. Great overnight stay after a long day of driving.”
