“This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. “Very nice and cosy. It has been a pleasure staying at this B&B. It's easy reachable from the train station of Royston, by foot. The bedroom was very comfortable.
