The staff at the concierge desk is consistently exceptional, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel—it truly feels welcoming and caring. ”

“The room was nice, clean and quiet. It was well stocked with necessities. We had appointments at Mayo and was an easy walk to the Gonda Building. My only request would be that the fan on the heat/cool unit could run independently. It makes the perfect white noise whem trying to sleep on a strange place.”

“Internet was good most of the time, but there was so much construction happening and there was no parking available without walking a couple of blocks away and crossing the roads under construction. The actual room and beds were great.”
