“Very nice rooms. Comfy bed, excellent A/C unit, nice, big shower.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.”

“Quick one night stay, enjoyed the social hour and bingo with Mike, he was a highlight. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Biggest cons were how expensive onsite parking was, ugh $20 and limited breakfast items.”

“Good location in downtown Rochester. Lots of good eateries nearby. Art walk tour is interesting.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit.”

“I booked for 5,my daughter had surgery at ST.Marys hospital.Doctors said 5 to 7 days.She had surgery on the 9th her husband was there until Wednesday and I came down on Thursday again they said 5 days at that point so I booked 5 days and she was released on Friday and I still had to pay for the entire 5 days.That’s ridiculous”

“Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m”
