“I would consider this to be a minimalist hotel style. Austerity is the key word. The king bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. The view from our hotel was exceptional. Paying $4 for a cafe americano that was tepid with no refill is ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to get served, and 45 minutes to finally get the attention of the waiter to pay the bill. “I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. “This my second stay at Cedar Crest. THe first time I was on the 1st floor. This time I was on the 3rd floor. I think I would prefer a lower floor. My only suggestion is the breakfast never changes and by the 3rd morning, I was ready for a change”
