“My husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and spent it in Asheville. When looking for a room I was looking for something unique and beautiful and this place did not disappoint! “The Staff was AMAZING! The young man at front, (sadly I did not get his name) and Owen the valet was super pleasant, high energy and treated us like we were friends. My ONLY complaint was the cleaning room woman who LIED to our face when we asked if she was going to clean our room. She said yes and when we came back later that day, it was not cleaned. Beyond that it was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back to Asheville and staying there again.”
“The hotel and room were fine but for $250 a night I expected it to be downtown. I came to see Leanne Morgan at Harrah’s and stayed here because it was walking distance to Harrah’s. It is walking distance and it was fine for me, but not for older people or anyone who minds walking uphill and across busy streets. It is Asheville though so hills should be expected. “It was a very calm, peaceful stay. The wonderful, bubbling water features could be seen and heard from our room. The breakfasts were very delicious.
