“I scheduled my stay thru Expedia. I thought I read it included breakfast. $300 a night without an offer of breakfast was a little off putting. My husband and I are disabled. When he went to check in, there were a couple of maintenance guys standing in the way of the elevator entrance. They didnt even move to accomodate him going by. I would expect an expensive hotel's staff would be a little more courteous and aware of their surroundings. There was also lots of noise in the halls at night. I...

“There was a cockroach in my bathroom. There was a weird stain in the bathtub. The waiting room and my room smelled extremely off. A random person started knocking on my door loudly at 4 am and 5 am. There was no ironing board or iron.”
