We called multiple times in advance to let them know of our early morning arrival time, and did book the night before knowing that the room may not be available upon our arrival in the next morning. She refused to listen or read the pass on notes from the other VERY helpful staff. So much so that she threatened to make us wait until “705” claiming that the system wasn’t ready until 7am for check in… which is a lie in itself. She then...

“Parking is not convenient”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.”

“The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.”
