Any individuals or groups found to have booked the property with the intent of hosting a party or gathering will be required to cancel their booking, and no refund will be provided. 3. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property. 4. Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are not left behind in the lock and that any lost keys are reported immediately. The cost of replacing the lock will be the responsibility of the guest. 5. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during quiet hours, which are between 1 pm and 5 pm and after 10 pm until 7 am. 6. In compliance with local regulations, the passport number of the individual who booked the property will be required. Greek citizens are also required to provide their AFM number. 7. Guests are responsible for providing an accurate count of the number of guests staying in the property, including children of age 2 and above.
