Dear guest, we feel sorry about your experience but let us inform you as we already have done to the travel agency that laundry service is in upon request, it is a hotel room, not an apartment to provide laundry machines at rooms. You never came to the reception desk to ask for anything or even to complain about this. As for the air conditioning and food, you should have misunderstood, because the only thing that we ask our guests is not to change the mode (not the temperature) and that we don't allow deliveries when the restaurant is open. Now as for the refund if you want to mention that, please let the other people know that you had booked a non-refundable promo rate minimum of 7 stays. Even though when you first asked us to refund we totally agreed and then you changed your mind and decided to stay. It is really curious that after 9stays you decided to leave 2 days earlier when you had the opportunity to leave from the 2nd stay with a full refund for the rest of the days.
