Appartamento di design moderno vicino all'Acropoli 2

Questo moderno appartamento è stato rinnovato nel 2018 e si trova nella zona di Koukaki-Acropoli vicino a una stazione della metropolitana (100 m) ea pochi passi dall'Acropoli e dal suo nuovo museo (300 m). L'appartamento misura 95 metri quadrati, dispone di 3 camere da letto, un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e tavolo da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno e un balcone con un tavolo dove è possibile sedersi e godersi il pranzo o la cena. Le due camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. Nel soggiorno c'è un divano che può trasformarsi in un letto matrimoniale. La connessione wifi gratuita è disponibile presso l'appartamento. Infine c'è ascensore, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata in tutte le camere da letto, soggiorno, scaldabagno e finestre con doppi vetri.

This was a great find! It is close to everything and was so easy to get to. There is a subway and bus stop nearby plus it was easy walking distance from shopping and restaurants (recommend Greek Stories and Arcadia for meals-great, friendly, and gluten free choice!). Chris was very communicative and even helped us get book rides to and from the apartment for our arrival and departure and for luggage storage. The space was exactly what needed for our group and we would stay there again. There are some small maintainence things to be done, but Chris was totally willing to take our feedback and work on them. The couch was so comfy and the rooms are great size and the ac was awesome. Definitely a great location for anyone but especially families!

Perfect Location, Great Space

What a great find! Apartment was in the perfect location, was spacious and clean, and the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in walking distance to many of Athens incredible attractions.

A lovely place to stay in Athens

Clean apartment with comfortable beds and a great location. Many good restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance and close to the metro if you want to venture out.

The most convenient place in Athens!

Great location near the Acropolis and many bars and restaurants- always something to do! Very safe. Apartment was clean and Chris was a most excellent host! Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Great place!

After cruise stay to see Athens

All is as pictured. The kitchen could use more glasses, etc if you say can sleep 8, however, all is there and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is fantastic with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood. Chris was very quick in responses and even arranged transportation from cruise port and then to airport. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Athens

We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

Great stay near Acropolis

Owners are amazing to help get taxis/rides set up to from airport. They also allowed us to store luggage at a nearby coffee shop. The building safe secure and has a lift. The second floor is an American 3rd floor but easy to determine. The apartment has great A/C that cooled off in a hurry when with high temps outside. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out after a long day exploring Athens. Easy walk to tourist spots and other neighborhoods. Coffee Central is highly recommended as well as Romatella pizza around the corner. We would stay here again if and when we return.

Super Location, tolle Gegend

Die Wohnung von Chris ist toll gelegen, viele nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Akropolis ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Chris war schnell, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zu acht ausreichend Platz, die Wohnung war sauber und hatte mit den zwei Balkonen auch die Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Short stay on Athens

7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

Nice Place

The host was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early in the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for shopping and accessing the Acropolis, both easy walking distance. Lots of good places to eat in the neighborhood.

ATHENS and cruise

We needed to stay in Athens before our cruise. This place was conveniently located to the Acropolis and other great attractions for our short two day stay. We had the best meal at Sfika and breakfast at Coffee Central. The host Chris was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very spacious for our family of four with two teenagers.

Sweet accommodations in the heart of Athens

We needed a place in Athens so that we could extend our stay beyond our cruise disembarkation. This apartment was perfect for our needs: it was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the AC functioned well, and we were just a few minutes' walk to the Acropolis, which was my top spot to visit. We didn't need much - just beds and the bathroom. Owners Chris and Zeta own the coffee shop across the street and we were able to leave our heavy suitcases there when we arrived - which was before check-in - for just a few Euros per bag. The communication by Chris was outstanding - not only did he answer my many questions, he also arranged for our transfers (from the cruise port and to the airport). If you're seeking a nice launching point to explore Athens, I'd highly recommend this place!
