In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID



To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these services.



Please be aware that there might be occasional renovation noise.

- During winter (October 1 – March 31), the quiet hours are 15:30–17:30 (afternoon) and 22:00–07:30 (night).

- This means that during these hours, we can expect that there will be no loud noises.
