Un appartamento 97 completamente rinnovato a pochi passi dal Museo dell'Acropoli ea 2 minuti dall'ingresso dell'Acropoli, a 300 metri dalla zona di Plaka e vicino a Koukaki, la cosiddetta piccola Parigi di Atene.
Ci siamo ispirati al poema nobiliare "Sulla strada per Itaca" mentre stavamo costruendo questa casa ... La poesia parlava dei sentimenti di Ulisse mentre cercava di tornare nel suo paese d'origine per dieci anni interi. Potresti non viaggiare per 10 anni, ma vogliamo essere un ricordo speciale del tuo viaggio, non importa quanto dura. Quando torni a casa vogliamo essere sicuri di aver fatto tutto il possibile per rendere quella breve avventura nel nostro paese più ricca che potevamo ... E noi ...
Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento ....
Al 3 ° piano di un edificio classico con 3 + 1 camere da letto principali e comodi letti, una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i tipi di attrezzature per cucinare come macchina per caffè espresso e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Un enorme balcone con due lettini dove è possibile prendere il sole per ore dopo un'intera giornata trascorsa a visitare tutti i siti storici.(usa la crema solare :-))
Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i tipi di servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno in una delle strade artistiche più sicure di Atene. A 1 minuto dall'Acropoli, a 2 minuti da KOukaki, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'ingresso dell'Acropoli ea 2 minuti da Plaka, è il posto migliore per un visitatore.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay as this place was convenient to everything we wanted to see during our stay. Nice apartment, the only thing I would change is that the mattress in the smaller bedroom was very squeaky.

Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok. Vor allem die Lage überzeugt. Hatten ein Problem mit dem Ufzug- wurde umgehend behoben. Die Chexk in Information kam allerdings relativ spät.

This apartment was perfect for our holiday. We stayed for 3 nights. Amazing central location,15mins walk to most of the key sights in central Athens. Lovely balcony to be able to relax on after seeing all the sights. George gave quick responses to any queries and provided really nice recommendations for restaurants.

Great location, lovely property in the heart of things. George is fabulous. Pls do try Diogejes restaurant and God's around the corner. Vidit Lake Vouliameni and try Ted at Athens Experiences, he is amazing! Ayo scooter tours also fantastic!

Everything, from the initial booking, all the way to the final instructions was first class service. The add was accurate in the description of the apartment and the neighborhood. Communication was timely and informative. The location was excellent!! Walking distance to touristic sites, tons of restaurants and cafes, and even the hop on hop off which we used to move around the city. Highly recommend the property!

This apartment was perfect! comfortable beds, three rooms and walking distance to Acropolis and across the street from the Acropolis Museum. Host was very responsive and check in and out was seemless. The recommendation for God's restaurant around the corner was spot on! All in all perfect for my group of 6. We will defintely be back!

Great location, awesome deck and info. However this is not a 3 bedroom lodging. One bed is in a common area. With jet lag and all it was really hard having someone sleep where you would need to go through to get to the kitchen, deck ect. You mostly all have to go to bed and wake up at the same time, also due to flight delays we got to the location a day late.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. There is a lift making it easy for the luggage and grandparents in our group. They also had a travel crib available for our one year old. Highly recommend . Very convenient to food and sites. We only stayed one night but wish we had booked it longer!

Everything was as it was described in the description. The added bonus was hiring Spiros, one of the owners to be our tour guide for 4 hours and it was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things Athens, Greece and history. I would highly recommend hiring Spiros as on our vacation we had about 10 different tour guides (Venice, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Naxos, Santorini.......) and Spiros was the best.

It is hard to overstate our satisfaction with this VRBO experience. It was, as advertised, a lovely two bedroom apartment within a 1 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum, or the Acropolis Subway Stop, and about 2 minutes from the entrance to Plaka. Restaurants and shops and many, many places to visit, both ancient and contemporary, within steps. Mass transit (tram, bus, subway) are all within steps of the unit. It is a city apartment, but it still has proximity to the beaches in Athens, and we visited them twice during our over one week stay in Athens. The ride via bus to the beach we went to was about 35 minutes. There are closer beaches (and further distant ones) but the one we chose seemed a good compromise for quality and distance (Akti Iliou, in case you are interested). The property itself has a good, workable kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine in it, comfortable beds, and a truly spacious patio (the unit is on the third floor of the building, with access via stairs or with a small elevator), with room for outdoor dining, before or after dinner drinks, or just lounging. We used it for all of these things. For us, this was a perfect combination of comfort and location. We did not eat a single meal inside for our week+ stay in Athens in this unit. We would happily stay here again. Although each room in the apartment has its own air conditioning unit, our weather was so perfect (last 8 days of September 2022) that we did not need to turn them on once. We highly recommend this listing.

Soon after arriving we locked our selves out. Within 15 minutes we were back in. Communication was excellent while we were there, a bit delayed during the days leading up to arrival. The food recommendations were fabulous. The apartment is beautiful and slept 7 comfortably. We would stay here again. Spiros is a great host

We only had a one night stay but this apartment was perfect for us! It was clean and comfortable and ideally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Acropolis. We stayed in 5 different rentals on our trip and this place had the most comfortable beds which was much appreciated. Communication was great and our host was prompt to reply to any questions. Highly recommend.

This property is spacious, well appointed, and very well located and includes a washing machine. It is very roomy for 4, and sleeps 6, but seats 4 to eat. And the shower is funky, hand held but not overhead. When it says 50 meters from Acropolis, it really is!The owner even redirected me to his partner for a text question because he was getting married! For us, they even included good weather! Thanks for everything.

Lovely apartment very close to the acropolis museum with lots of bars and restaurants just round the corner. The bathroom is a bit limited but fine for 4 people.
