A Home with Soul. Our Story: The Grey Pearl is more than a place to stay, it’s a part of our family’s history. Built by my grandparents who arrived in Greece from Asia Minor with nothing but courage and dreams, the home was lovingly constructed by hand, brick by brick, after long days of fishing and running their local taverna. In 2002, we restored the villa with care, preserving its spirit while ensuring modern comfort. It is now one of the most earthquake-resistant homes in Piraeus. As their granddaughter, a psychologist, and mother of two daughters, I have poured love and care into every part of this home. One of my daughters, a game designer, created this listing. The other is studying psychology, continuing the values we’ve nurtured here. This villa carries our family’s story, and it’s a joy to share it with you.
